If you’re running cable for recessed lighting, camera mounts, or other in-wall projects, the YY-LC Flexible Drill Bit for Wire Pulling is built to help you drill long, controlled paths and then pull wire through—without opening up large sections of drywall. Its auger-style, self-feeding screw point helps it bite and advance, while the spiral flutes help clear chips as you go.

This installer bit measures 3/4 in. in cutting diameter and 54 in. long, with a 1/4 in. 3-flat shank designed to fit most standard power drills. A hole at the top end is provided for attaching and pulling wire after drilling. The included guide ball kit can be positioned and secured using the included L-wrench.
For best control, follow the common RPM rule of thumb noted by the manufacturer: larger-diameter bits should be run at slower RPM to reduce grabbing and binding. If the bit starts to bind, slow down and try again.
