At your doorstep, Battery Doorbell Plus delivers Head-to-Toe HD+ Video (1536 HD+) with a 150° horizontal and 150° vertical field of view—helpful for seeing visitors as well as packages closer to the ground. You also get Live View, Color Night Vision, Advanced Motion Detection with customizable motion zones, and two-way audio with noise cancellation.
Power is designed for convenience: it runs on a removable, rechargeable Quick-Release Battery Pack. If you prefer, it can be hardwired to an existing doorbell system or transformer for trickle charging (8–24 VAC, 40VA max, 50/60Hz) or connected to a Ring plug-in adapter (sold separately). Setup is designed to be fast, with an estimated install time of about 5 minutes via the Ring app.
For smarter notifications, Person Alerts and Package Alerts are available with a Ring Protect subscription (sold separately). Ring Protect can also add more ways to review what you missed, including scrolling back through recorded events, depending on your plan and eligibility.
